Pauline has a MEng. Degree in Construction Management and a BEng. Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Zambia. She is a Civil Engineer. She has been involved in pre-investment and feasibility studies, civil engineering research, contract administration, cost-benefit analysis and performance monitoring and evaluation of various road and water infrastructure projects. She is the current Chairperson of the Association of Consulting Engineers in Zambia’s (ACEZ) Future Leaders Group, (ACEZ FL). She is an advocate for the active participation of young professionals in engineering research and innovation and has a passion for research in engineering skills development and capacity building of young engineers.
