Bouchard has more than three decades of experience in the consulting industry and was appointed President and COO of CDM Smith in 2017. He is a registered professional engineer and board-certified environmental engineer in the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists. After completing his undergraduate degree at Clarkson, located in Potsdam, New York, Bouchard continued his education earning a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

In addition to his academic and career success, Bouchard also serves on the Executive Committee of the Leadership Council for Water for People, an organization dedicated to promoting the development of sustainable high-quality drinking water and sanitation services, accessible to everyone, everywhere.
