I am Senior Partner and Head of the Contentious Construction Team at Beale & Co. I have been advising construction and engineering clients globally for over 30 years on a diverse range of issues. I focus on risk management, project advisory support and the resolution of construction disputes. My expertise is in handling legally and technically complex, high value claims. I am experienced in all forms of dispute resolution.

I am admitted to practice in England & Wales, Ireland and also admitted in Northern Ireland. I am a CEDR-Accredited Mediator.

I have been an active supporter of the construction industry and FIDIC through the years. I sit on the ACE Legal and Liability Committee and am involved with other industry bodies such RIBA, AIA, IStructE and CCPPP assisting members on risk management and legal issues. I regularly deliver continuing education talks and training sessions on key legal and commercial issues and best practice. I am also a regular columnist for Building magazine and contribute to other construction publications.
