Biography - Ceri-Ann joined Engineering Services (ES) in April 2020 as Strategic Growth Director reporting to Sector President Philip Hoare. Ceri-Ann has extensive leadership experience in strategy and management both in consulting and corporate roles.
In her current role Ceri-Ann is responsible for Engineering Services Digital Future programme. Since joining the business in 2020, her focus has been on working with the Engineering Services OLT and other stakeholders to develop ES’s five-year strategic plan which sets out the business the company wants to be for clients, society, and our people, and how we’re going to get there. The Digital Future programme is fundamental to that and mobilising the company’s work streams has been another significant focus for her.
Ceri-Ann is an Oxford Engineering and Cranfield MBA graduate and prior to joining Engineering Services, worked for PwC for 11 years. She worked in a client facing capacity in their Deals strategy team, and in internal strategy roles first for the UK firm and subsequently as a Global Director. Previously business strategy manager at Ford Motor Company for 8 years.
