Biography - Raphaël Bello held several positions in the French Ministry for the Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on international finance, commercial relationships (WTO topics) and cooperation and development programmes. He also worked in the culture and media sector, such as Radio France Internationale and on specific projects like the “Cultural Year of Brazil in France”.
More recently, he was Board Member representing France at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, an international organisation for development based in London.
Graduated from ESSEC Business School, IEP and ENA in France, he also enjoyed the Senior Managers in Government programme at Harvard Kennedy School.
Raphaël Bello is currently Director for Finance and Human Resources at CERN (European Organisation for Nuclear Research) at Geneva since January 2021.
