Biography - Catherine Li has been involved in large infrastructure developments over the past twenty years in the UK, Asia and Africa. She is Chair of the International Infrastructure Forum and Board Director of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and was most recently Chief Executive Officer for Atkins Asia Pacific. Catherine has been Board Director of the China Britain Business Council for the past six years, representing the UK construction and engineering industry on trade with China. An alumna of Harvard Business School, Catherine completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP).
