A senior professional with extensive multidisciplinary experience in the public, international development, and private sectors. She served as Minister of the Sea, Inland Waters, and Fisheries (2022-2024), leading initiatives in the blue economy, maritime conservation and coastal governance, social inclusion, and environmental conservation, including the approval of the Blue Economy Strategy and mangrove restoration. Her administration emphasized sector regulation, encouraging private investment, and international cooperation on responsible fishing and environmental protection. She promoted the blue economy with the participation of private companies civil society and academia, within the framework of intersectoral collaboration, and advocated for an integrated model involving different sectors of the economy to enhance employment opportunities and sustainable growth in coastal communities.

As Vice Minister of Health (2020-2022), she played a key role in the COVID-19 response, modernizing logistics and public health systems, promoting digital solutions, and integrating initiatives such as the "Morelife" app to improve access and transparency in the sector.

Between 2008 and 2019, she worked as a consultant for entities such as USAID, Chemonics, and GIZ, providing institutional assessments, project management, and training in logistics and public health. She founded training and consulting companies, creating curricula and training professionals in the hospitality and healthcare sectors.

She holds a degree in Business Management, various specializations, and PMI and FIDIC certifications. Fluent in Portuguese and good knowledge of English, with solid skills in strategic planning, institutional development, supply chains and the circular economy.
