Teddy Daka has been CEO of Zutari, Africa’s largest privately owned consulting engineering firm, since 2021. With over 14 years of leadership across Zutari and its legacy firms, he has deep expertise in infrastructure across Africa and the Middle East. A former Group CEO of JSE-listed Etion and past Global Chair of Aurecon, he is known for steering strategic turnarounds and major organisational shifts. Daka serves on numerous boards and public sector committees and is a respected advisor, entrepreneur, and mentor to executives across industries. A lifelong learner, he holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a PhD.
