Dr Penny Kneebone is an accomplished environmental scientist and executive leader, serving as CEO of Tonkin + Taylor New Zealand. With a PhD in Environmental Engineering Science from Caltech, she brings a global consulting background. As CEO, Penny oversees strategic direction and implementation across the consultancy, emphasizing collaborative workplaces, employee ownership, and technical excellence.

Beyond her role at Tonkin + Taylor, she is deeply committed to inclusivity and sector-wide progress. Penny contributes as a board member of the Project Alliance within the LEAD Alliance and recently joined the Board of ACE New Zealand, leveraging her leadership to elevate diversity and professional standards across the consulting industry.
