A proven leader of large complex infrastructure projects and programs in both the public and private sectors. Phil has delivered projects in the United Kingdom, Middle East, USA and most recently Canada. Currently MD Global Operations with Atkins, SNC-Lavalin, Phil leads the operations of the Engineering Services Sector with revenues exceeding C$4bn and a 25,000 strong workforce operating in over 50 countries. Before joining Atkins, Phil worked with contractors Fluor and Multiplex, who he joined after serving with London Underground and British Rail. Phil is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and a Fellow of the Association of Project Management.
