Leo Grutters is an experienced Arbitrator and Adjudicator with over 35 years of expertise in international construction dispute resolution. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation, he also serves on FIDIC’s President’s List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators. Leo has acted as an independent neutral expert on major global infrastructure projects across sectors including roads, power, offshore and marine works, and renewable energy.

Known for his practical and fair approach, Leo combines deep technical understanding with commercial and legal insight to resolve complex contractual disputes. He frequently lectures on dispute resolution methodologies, proactive contract administration, and the FIDIC suite of contracts, and is a regular speaker at international industry events and training programmes.
