This workshop forms part of the Future Leaders Management Course (FLMC) 2026 offered by FIDIC Academy. Participation is by invitation only. If you believe you are eligible to attend and have not yet been allocated to this session, please contact training@fidic.org.

• 08:00 – 08:30 - Registration and welcome coffee
• 08:30 - 09:00 - Welcome and Introductions by each participant
• 09:00 - 10:30 - Trainer-led high-level review of the 4 Webinar Topics, additional discussion on Sustainability and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and survey of topics that needs more discussion
• 10:30 - 10:45 – Coffee Break
• 10:45 - 11:45 - Breakout meetings for 4 groups – 4 subjects as agreed above, choose reporter/notetaker for each group.
• 11:45 – 13.00 - Reporting by groups to Plenum on results of discussions
• 13:00 - 14:00 - Lunch break
• 13:30 - 15:30 - The conference theme, Infrastructure – “Engineering A Better Future, Together” - open discussion
• 15:30 - 15:45 – Coffee break
• 15:45 - 16:15 - Introduction to Future Leaders Workshop (FLW)
• 16:15 - 17:30 - Brainstorming for Future Leaders Workshop (FLW), identifying key issues.
