    • 09:05-09:20 - FIDIC 2026+ Strategy in practice – Presentation by FIDIC Chief Executive Officer, Susanna Zammataro

  • 10:00 - 10:45- Session 2: Dialogue with FIDIC leadership Moderator: Jonathan Cartledge 
    • An open exchange with FIDIC leadership on what has surfaced through the roundtables: implementation priorities, member value, governance and organisational development, advocacy and communication, and expectations of DNS AC as an advisory body.

  • 11:15-12:15 - Session 3: Global market intelligence from Member Associations 
    • This session will focus on the real conditions facing consulting engineering firms and associations across regions. The aim is to identify common challenges, understand market pressures and explore where FIDIC can add value through advocacy, tools, guidance or collective action.​​​​​​

      • Procurement and undervaluation of intellectual services
      • Regulation, deregulation and professional accountability
      • Power relationships in the market 
      • How Member Associations demonstrate value to member firms 
      • What common trends are emerging globally? 
  • 12:30-13:30 - Lunch
  • 13:30-14:30 - Session 4: What are Member Associations already doing that others can learn from? Lead Moderator: Basma Eissa
    • A structured peer exchange focused on practical examples, tools, advocacy materials, resources and initiatives that may be useful across regions. This session is designed as an exchange of ideas and usable takeaways rather than formal presentations. 
  • 14:30-15:00 - Session 5: Working together – utilising the full force of FIDIC’s volunteer network.  
    • In this session the Chairs of FIDIC’s committees and councils will share the work they are doing and reflections on the relationship between their work programmes and the challenges shared from member associations earlier in the programme.  
  • 15:00-15:20 - Refreshment Break
  • 15:20-16:00 - Session 6: From discussion to action: key messages, reflections and next steps 
    • This working session is intended to move from discussion to prioritisation. The aim is to identify a small number of concrete issues to take forward after the forum.
