Dan Larson is Chairman and CEO of American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET), a 100% employee-owned, multi-disciplined engineering firm headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota. A licensed professional engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, he began his career in structural and forensic engineering before rising to lead AET across 21 offices nationwide. He serves as Chair of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) for 2026–2027, having previously held the roles of ACEC Minnesota President and National Director.
