Rosalía Gil-Albarellos is President of Tecniberia, the Spanish Association of Engineering, Consultancy, and Technology Services Companies — becoming the first woman to hold the position in the association's 62-year history when she assumed the role in June 2026. A Forest Engineer and sustainability specialist with over 30 years of experience in environmental and water engineering, she spent the greater part of her career at Prointec (Grupo Indra) before joining Proes (Grupo Amper) as Director of Water Engineering and Sustainability. She is a strong champion of diversity and talent development within the engineering profession.
