• Ali has extensive business, leadership and organizational experience with focus on project management, planning, financial management, Corporate and Commercial Finance
• He brings a wealth of experience and skills set in: corporate strategy, strategic management, finance, investment, project design and implementation
• He serves as a Chief Executive Officer of the Namibian Road Fund Administration (RFA) since 2014
• He is a Board and Executive Committee Member of the International Road Federation
• He is the past president of the African Road Maintenance Funds Association (ARMFA)
• He designed and implemented Public-Private Sector Partnership projects involving Development Bank of Namibia, French Development Agency, GIZ and Norsad Fund
• Ali has a Bachelor Degree in Economics from University of Namibia and an MBA in Strategic Management from Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands
• He serves on various Corporate Boards in Namibia in private equity, insurance and tourism companies.
