Heleni is a Civil Engineer and Infrastructure Decarbonisation Lead at Arup in London. With more than 30 years of industry experience, she combines her deep engineering knowledge with the belief that the construction industry is key for the net zero carbon transition and environmental regeneration. Heleni is one of the lead technical authors of PAS2080:2023, the standard for Carbon Management in Buildings and Infrastructure.
She is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and member of its Decarbonisation Community Advisory Board. She is a member of the UK’s Green Construction Board. She is part of the Working Group that has developed and promotes the Carbon Management Framework for the Global Leadership Forum of FIDIC.
