Melike Ersoy graduated from İstanbul Technical University , Department of Civil Engineering. She then received her Ms. in Transportation Engineering where she also carried out her thesis study in The University of Trento (Italy), Department of Civil, Environmental and Mechanical Engineering. Melike also attended advanced programs in Executive Management and Leadership at Columbia University in the City of New York, Koç University and Sabancı University in Türkiye.
Having a background both in Engineering and Contracting sector, Melike served in different managerial positions for leading companies such as IHI Corporation (Japan), Dogus Construction (Türkiye), Tekfen Engineering (Türkiye), Yapı Merkezi (Türkiye) and currently acting as Director of Business Development in Gülermak Construction (Türkiye).
