Steve is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and EY Partner who has worked extensively with organisations at a strategic, programme and project level in both the private & public sectors in the UK, China, Middle East and APAC.
Steve has demonstrated experience in a variety of roles across the asset lifecycle, including as a lead adviser on a wide range of infrastructure and other built asset construction and operation programs. He has held roles in government, quasi-government, and private sector programs, providing advice on infrastructure digitalisation and technology-enabled development and operation. Additionally, Steve has been responsible for setting up complex projects and managing all elements of delivery, including project operation, construction, asset management, procurement, and contract strategy. He also has extensive experience in major program design including risk management and project control structures and systems.
Steve has served as an adviser for many years to both the Hong Kong and UK Governments on project delivery models and procurement transformation, ultimately to demonstrate how digitalisation in the built environment can drive significant social, environmental, and economic efficiencies.
