Speaker Bio
Legal and Contract Manager with extensive expertise in the Construction and Energy sector, both in Italy and internationally. He joined Webuild Contract Management Department in 2021, following a successful career, managing legal and contract operations in various countries, including a three-year tenure in Norway, where he led the Legal and Contract Management Department.
Since 2016, he has been an active member of the European International Contractors (EIC) Working Group “Contract Conditions”. He has contributed his expertise to several high-profile industry forums, webinars and academic programs, including: speaker at FIDIC International Contractor Users’ London Conference and Paris CICA-EIC Conference. Since 2019, he is lecturer at Politecnico di Milano, at the Master “Contract, claim and delay management in construction works”
In addition to his speaking and academic contributions, he is also a co-author of two significant EIC’s publications: Contractor’s Guide to the 2017 FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build (2020) and Contractor’s Guide to the 2017 FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (2023).
