Shan Greer is an internationally-recognised arbitrator, mediator and dispute resolution specialist with over twenty years’ experience in complex, high-value disputes across Europe, North America, Asia and the Caribbean. She holds an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London and is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Shan regularly sits as tribunal chair, sole and party-appointed arbitrator on major infrastructure, construction and oil & gas projects—often under standard forms including FIDIC, JCT and NEC. She also serves on Dispute Boards and mediates contentious matters across sectors including banking, energy and telecommunications.
