Shan Greer is an esteemed international arbitrator and adjudicator specialising in construction, engineering and oil & gas disputes. With over two decades of experience she has served as tribunal chair, sole and party-appointed arbitrator on high-value infrastructure and joint-venture projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Her work spans major disputes under FIDIC, JCT and NEC contracts as well as energy and telecommunications frameworks. Based in the British Virgin Islands, she also serves as CEO of the BVI International Arbitration Centre, providing leadership in the development of institutional arbitration in the Caribbean region.
