Lindy Patterson KC is a full time independent arbitrator and adjudicator with 39 Essex Chambers. She is recognised as a "go to" arbitrator and dispute board chair for complex energy and construction disputes in both civil law and common law systems. She sits on a number of standing dispute avoidance boards across the world. She is a chartered arbitrator; member of FIDIC Presidents List of international Adjudicators and honorary fellow of Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. she chairs the FIDIC Certification Board charged with overseeing amongst other certifications that of the FIDIC International Adjudicators'[President's List] and is a member of ICC Commission on arbitration.
