Sonal is a Partner at Pinsent Masons and specialises in infrastructure projects, including PPP transactions and concessions and focusses on a range of economic and social infrastructure markets, including transport, health, defence and water. She has 20 years experience in advising authorities, sponsors and funders at all stages of the project lifecycle, from procurement through construction and during operation. Her extensive experience in projects in the UK and global markets enables her to advise insightfully on project risks and issues, and she is able to offer clients a comparative approach.
Her recent experience includes working with IFC and EBRD on projects in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia on PPPs, advising on the Lobito railway concession and advising Transport Infrastructure Ireland on the Dublin MetroLink project.
