Ignacio Palacios is an Engineer, Chartered Quantity Surveyor, and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is part of the prestigious FIDIC list of adjudicators and is accredited as an official FIDIC trainer. He has worked in Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, with a focus on Dispute Boards, advisory services for multilateral banks, and international training. He has participated in the drafting of Ecuador’s national law for the implementation of Dispute Boards and in the creation of Dispute Board clauses for PPP contracts. Ignacio has chaired Dispute Boards in landmark projects over 6 countries.
