David is a partner in White & Case's International Arbitration and Construction & Engineering team. He has more than 25 years' experience advising clients on major construction, engineering, energy and infrastructure projects around the world.
David works regularly with many of Asia's leading EPC Contractors and has advised on projects across the Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia, South Asia and South East Asia, with experience representing clients on oil & gas and petrochemical projects, offshore engineering projects, off-shore wind farms, thermal and gas-fired power plants, desalination plants, road, rail and metro projects.
David acts as arbitration counsel and has represented parties under the ICC, LCIA, SIAC and ICSID Rules as well as UNCITRAL (ad hoc) and under the UK Arbitration Act 1996. David also sits as arbitrator in construction disputes.
