Natalie is an English law qualified solicitor and an Associate Director with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP.
She has over 20 years’ experience specialising in procurement advice and the drafting and negotiation of all forms of construction documentation such as building and civil engineering contracts, EPC contracts, maintenance contracts, consultancy appointments and related security documents. Her experience covers both domestic and international developments including major building projects, infrastructure, engineering and process plant.
With extensive experience in all major industry standard forms as well as bespoke contracts, Natalie advises clients in all sectors of the industry including owners/sponsors, developers, occupiers, construction/engineering companies, funders and public authorities.
