Jeroen Berlage is a partner in the Construction and Infrastructure Group based in the CMS Amsterdam law office. Jeroen specializes in international transactions, litigation and arbitration relating to infrastructure and construction. He advises and litigates on behalf of governmental authorities, developers, consultants, and major European contractors. In this capacity he has gained vast experience, of over 23 years in the field of construction law, including drafting and accompanying tender processes and acting as counsel in complex construction disputes, both before civil courts and before various arbitration institutes.
