Nic, a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, has more than 40 years experience across the energy industry. He has worked on grid and renewables contracts for the last 30 years. Nic started NRG Management Consultancy to provide contract management and expert witness services to energy companies who find themselves involved in disputes. Nic has experience of dispute resolution across multiple jurisdictions and project types. His primary focus is on grid and offshore wind projects. Prior to starting NRG Management Consultancy Nic was Head of Contract Management at Low Carbon Contracts, Dispute Director and Head of Strategy at RWE Innogy. Nic is a member of FIDIC’s Task Group 14 which is drafting a standard contract for use on offshore wind projects.
