Nabeel has 33 years’ experience in the international construction industry advising on the strategic development of contract management & legal activities, contract management/claims related issues on international projects, dispute boards, dispute avoidance & resolution, arbitration, ADR and digitialisation.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and a longstanding member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF).
Nabeel is currently a member of two FIDIC Contracts Committee Task Groups: TG22 - Development and Publication of an EPCM Form of Contract & TG19 - Development of Flowcharts for the Process and Procedures within the 2017 FIDIC Suite of Contracts.
He was a ‘friendly-reviewer’ for the 2017 FIDIC Red, Yellow and Silver Books & 2021 Green Book and sits on the EIC (European International Contractors) Working Group “Contract Conditions”.
