Koray Ateş, with nearly a decade of experience at Yüksel Proje, is currently the International Tender and Business Development Manager. A skilled civil engineer and tender/procurement specialist, he has extensive expertise in civil engineering areas such as highways, railways, metros, infrastructure, superstructures, and transportation systems. His key responsibilities include managing all aspects of tendering, contracting, and project management, focusing on complying with international financial institutions and FIDIC regulations. Ateş is adept at reviewing draft contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring contractual obligations are met on time.
Academically, he holds a master's degree in Civil Engineering. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field, with a focus on contracting in the sustainable transportation field. Mr. Ateş also contributes to the area as a member of the FIDIC Contract Committee (CC) and the FIDIC Future Leaders Advisory Council (FLAC)
