Karim Mariey is Partner in the Riyadh Construction and Engineering group of White & Case and leads the Construction and Dispute Resolution practice in the Kingdom. Karim advises owners and contractors on the resolution of disputes arising out of complex international construction and engineering projects and has acted as counsel in litigation, arbitration, DABs and mediation. Karim also regularly acts as project counsel advising on legal issues and claims on live projects in the Kingdom and the broader MENA region. Karim also sits as arbitrator.
