A global energy and infrastructure lawyer with nearly 20 years’ experience, Bree Miechel is a partner with Ashurst based in Sydney. Previously based in Singapore, Beijing, Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi, she has advised on the procurement and development of projects across asset class globally including power and energy transition projects, desalination / water and waste, oil & gas, processing plant, roads and rail and commercial real estate projects. Miechel is currently an IPFA Council Member and lead drafter of a new FIDIC contract.
