Naief Yahia joined Al Tamimi & Company in 2009. He is a Partner and the Head of Litigation Department in our Dubai office. Naief acted for clients in mega disputes in both local courts and arbitral proceedings. He regularly provides expert’s evidence on construction local law issues in international arbitration.
