Before becoming an independent adviser in power & infrastructure industry, Mr. Song was chairman of Sinohydro, president of PowerChina International and vice chairman of China International Contractors Association. Mr. Song has 41 years experience in contracting industry in & out of China. His first project using FIDIC read book was Xiaolangdi Dam Project in China in 1992. Mr. Song is an arbitrator of BIAC.
