Graduated Faculty of Law, Kyoto University in 1988. Obtained LLM, law School, University of Pennsylvania in 1992, Admitted New York Bar Association in 1995, and Obtained MBE, International Construction Law, University of Stuttgart in 2018. After working for Japan Bank for International Cooperation / Japan International Cooperation Agency for 14 years, joined Asian Development Bank in 2010 as Procurement Specialist. Currently working as Senior Procurement Specialist out-posted to Nepal Resident Mission and covering Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Bhutan.
