Having a proven track record in developing strategic solutions within budgetary and project guidelines on Mega Projects throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, his expertise has permitted him to oversee all commercial functions to ensure maximum effectiveness in meeting Clients’ expectations.
Vast experience in providing claims guidance, contractual advice and expert analysis specifically relating to quantum. Prepared Contractors’ Claims for EOT and Prolongation, including Internal Prolongation Cost Evaluation Guides. As Director, Seán has prepared/reviewed various bespoke contractual claims, in relation to forensic cost analysis for delay/disruption/acceleration. Led the team responsible for preparing new Construction Contracts in conjunction with the Supreme Council for the FIFA 2022 Stadiums in Qatar. Liaising with local legal firms to prepare and guide them for COVID-related claims.
