Mrs. Cedeno has over thirty (35) years post-qualification working experience in quantity surveying and related construction cost planning and management activities on projects across Trinidad & Tobago, the Caribbean and in the United Kingdom. For the last fifteen (15) years she has had lead management responsibility for her company’s (Quantum Cost Management Limited) consultancy advisory services.
Mrs Cedeno currently holds membership in the both local and international professional bodies – The Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad & Tobago and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – and has served as an external assessor for entrance into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
