Mr Chung Dalson is currently the President of The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES) and the Senior Specialist with the National Environment Agency (NEA). Prior to his appointment as Senior Specialist, Mr Chung was the Director of NEA’s Industry Development and Promotion Division and Managing Director of the CleanEnviro Summit Singapore. Mr Chung is a Fellow of The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES) and a Chartered Engineer Singapore (Environment and Water). He is the Chair of the Chartered Engineer Singapore for the Environment and Water sector. He is also a member of the IES’ Chartered Engineer Board and the Engineering Accreditation Board. Mr Chung is a Board Director of the Singapore Environment Council and Member of its Singapore Green Labelling Steering Committee.
