Mr. XIN Xiuming is now Vice Chairman of China International Contractors Association (CHINCA).
Mr. XIN graduated from the Ocean University of China with a Bachelor Degree of Science and the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) with a Master Degree of Laws. Mr. XIN is now holding the Senior Engineer Certificate. He’s been devoting mainly in science research and laws.
Mr. XIN joined CHINCA in 2002, and has successively served as the Director of Secretary and Research Department, Director of Engineering Department, Assistant Chairman and Secretary-General.
Mr. XIN has been working in the international project contracting industry management for many years. He has pioneered in the formulation of industry rules and regulation, and participated in the project collaboration and mediation of many key and big-scale projects. He has rich experience and lots of research in market trend, company business and development strategy, winning high reputation from the community of international project contracting business.
