•In 2011, he was a finalist at the Oliver Empowerment Awards as the Top Black Male Entrepreneur in South Africa
•Before Starting AOS Consulting Engineers, he was the CEO o f another consultancy firm in South Africa
•Started AOS Consulting Engineers in 2008. In 2009, the Company won an award as the Young Company of the year from
CESA/Glenrand MIB and went on to win various international awards for AOS Consulting Engineers.
•AOS is ISO 9001:2015certified since 2009
•He is a member of several professional bodies
•He servedon the membership committee of Consulting Engineers South Africa, Assessor for the SACPCMP, Chairman of the
Mechanical Engineering Professional Advisory Committee (Engineering Council of South Africa) for 4years and serves on
the board of Acts Christian Church
•He is currently serving as the GAC chair and the President for ASHRAE South Africa Chapter
•Mr Soluade is happily married and him and his wife are blessed with two lovely daughters.
