Barasa holds a B.Sc. in Civil & Structural Engineering and is accredited by FIDIC Credentialing Limited (FCL) as a FIDIC Certified Contracts Manager. Over the last 10 years he has specialized in project management, contracts management/administration, claims writing, providing specialized contractual assistance and support to international contractors. He is currently engaged as the Contracts Manager for Raxio Group B.V, a pioneer firm that builds and operates a network of Tier III carrier-neutral data centres in Africa.
