Richard Kuppusamy is a Prop-tech and construction technology evangelist, Chief Product Officer, and Head of Lendlease Digital Asia. He leads a team of over 75 people in Lendlease Digital’s, Asia operations; an agile software engineering and product development center.

Richard is a proven executive leader in digital delivery methods in the construction industry, driven by a passion for technology, innovation, and design. As a pioneering practitioner of BIM/VDC; he has a track record building digital engineering capability across spanning his 20+ year career working in the UK and across Asia. His areas of expertise include Digital Twins, Prop-Tech, and Con-Tech implementation. As a leader, he is committed to both business and individual successes and is actively engaged in executive sponsorship and mentoring next generation talent and executive sponsorship both within and outside of Lendlease.

Prior to joining Lendlease, he was an accomplished architect in award winning practice, WOHA, where he was project architect for Kampung Admiralty (World Architecture Festival Building of the Year 2018, Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat Best Tall Mixed-use Building 2019)
