Er. Alfred Neo is a registered professional engineer with more than 30 years of experience, and he has worked on numerous projects of diverse nature.
Alfred served as a Board Member for the Professional Engineers Board from 2012 to 2020. He has been the Council Member of the Association of Consulting Engineers since 2016. Over the years, he has Chaired the Professional Development Committee, Business Practice Committee, and also served as the Honorary Treasurer from 2020 to 2022. He has championed Business Practice with the goal to create a sustainable environment to continuously attract talent into the Built Environment and drive for engineering excellence. He is currently the Vice President of the Association.
As a Senior Director with Surbana Jurong, he now provides leadership and mentorship to his team besides focusing on key client management and projects for SJ.
