09:00 - 10:00 - Trainer-led high-level review of the 6 Webinar Topics, additional discussion on Sustainability and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and survey of topics that need more discussion
10:00 - 10:15 - Coffee Break
10:15 - 11:45 - Breakout meetings for 4 groups – 4 subjects as agreed above, choose reporter/note-taker for each group.
11:45 - 12.30 - Reporting by groups to Plenum on results of discussions
12:30 - 13: 30 - Lunch break
13:30 - 15:30 - The conference theme, Infrastructure – “Transforming lives with infrastructure – investing in and building a better world for all” - open discussion
15:30 - 15:45 - Coffee break
15:45 - 16:15 - Introduction to Future Leaders Workshop (FLW)
• Explanatory Note: In an opportunity to work on a project, attendees at the FLMC pre-conference sessions will have the whole of Saturday to prepare a presentation to the entire conference attendees on a subject of their choice, deciding how to manage the tasks, how to structure the presentation for a 20–30-minute time slot. This a fabulous opportunity to network, get to know each other, and structure an exciting presentation. A role for all to participate according to their talents and preferences.
