Biography - After graduating, in September 2002 Andrea Galli started working on infrastructure projects in a small engineering company in Italian-speaking Switzerland. A few years later he joined the company's board of directors and developed the company's presence in the French-speaking region of Switzerland. Together with other major shareholders, in 2016 he decided to sell the company with around 400 employees and join an international engineering group to support a further growth. As Head of the Swiss Business Area with 15 subsidiaries worldwide, he was able to acquire additional units and expand his presence, particularly on the African and Asian continents. In November 2019 he decided to set up his own engineering and consulting company. In parallel, together with his wife bought the family real estate company and in early 2020, together with two other partners, created a new general contractor. Today he is mainly involved in accompanying these new businesses, as well as new companies in the real estate and construction sector and innovative start-ups, either as an investor or as a board member.
