Mark Peterson leads the Aon Professional Liability team in the Construction space. Mark and his team provide risk management consulting services for Construction firms, Architects, Engineers and Owners. He assists clients negotiating complex construction projects and the wide variety of contractual models used to deliver these endeavors. Most specifically, Mark provides guidance on the professional liability risks faced by parties in the construction field and to provide feedback on managing those legal and contractual risks. Mark also provides consultive services to clients when claims between the parties arise. Prior to joining Aon, Mark practiced law in the United States litigating commercial disputes and professional liability claims.
