Pablo Laorden is the Managing Partner of LÁMBAL Abogados, a Spanish law firm specialized in engineering and construction projects.
Mr. Laorden holds a Master’s Degree in Construction Law (Madrid’s Polytechnic University), is a member of the Madrid Bar, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), member of the Society of Construction Law, and is the Country Representative for Spain in the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF).
He is recognized by FIDIC as an Accredited Adjudicator (President List) and Trainer.
Mr. Laorden provides legal and contractual advice to the engineering and construction industry, drafting and negotiating contractual documents, advising during the construction period and in claims and dispute resolution including ADR, litigation and arbitration. He participates in all types of projects including building, civil works, energy, oil & gas, ship construction, and utilities around the world.
Mr. Laorden also acts as adjudicator at Dispute Board member and arbitrator.
