After graduating with a degree in Energy and Process Technology engineering at University of Hannover in 1995, Mr Saul began his career at Siemens Power Generation. In 2002, he was appointed Director of Sales, New Plants and Services, Middle East.
In 2005, he became Managing Director, Siemens Power Generation in UK before being appointed Managing Director, Siemens Energy Sector UK and NW Europe in 2008. He then became President & CEO of Siemens Wind Power in 2010.
In March 2012, Mr Saul joined Ramboll as Group President and CEO in Copenhagen. He is active in Danish-German business affairs and was Chairman of the Danish-German Chamber of Commerce between 2012 and 2018. He is also a member of the Confederation of Danish Industry's Committee on Business Policy. Mr Saul is member of the board of Directors in the renewable energy firm Cubico Sustainable Investments and member of the Board of Directors H+H International A/S, a European leader in sustainable construction material.
