Law degree in Colombia 1994 and PHD in commercial and company law in Italy 2000. Experience as legal advisor in law firms in Italy: 2000-2003 in company law and Mergers and Acquisitions, 2003-2008 in acquisition finance and project finance. Return to Colombia as legal advisor in Mincivil S.A., an infrastructure family owned company up to date. Since 2008 I have worked as legal advisor in bidding processes with Colombian infrastructure authorities and negotiating construction contracts and BOOMT Contracts for toll roads, promoted by Colombian Agency - ANI -. Follow up under legal perspective of infrastructure and energy projects. Member of the board of Camara Colombiana de la Infraestructura 2019-2023.
