A Chartered Surveyor and consultant with extensive experience working with organisations at a strategic, programme, and project level in both the private and public sectors across the UK, China, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Steve has broad experience advising on a range of fast-moving and complex projects across the asset lifecycle, serving as a lead advisor on a variety of infrastructure and other built asset construction and operation programmes. His roles have spanned government, quasi-government, and private sector programmes, including providing advice on infrastructure digitalisation and technology-enabled development and operation. Steve has experience setting up complex projects, complex procurement and contract strategy, project controls structures, data, systems and technology design, and major programme organisational structure design.

Steve has long been an advisor to both the Hong Kong and UK Governments on project delivery models, procurement transformation, and how digitalisation in the built environment can drive improved performance from social, environmental, and economic perspectives.
